The candidate should have 1 to 4years of complex commercial litigation experience and be admitted to the PA State Bar. Should have excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, and the ability to work as part of a team in a growing and thriving litigation group. Deposition, hearing and trial experience preferred, as well as experience with complex litigations such as class actions and multi-district litigations.
