Manages assigned customer portfolio. Identifies potential business opportunities. Assesses the market and researches potential Builds customer strategies. Selects and builds customer target lists.. Develops an account strategy for assigned customer accounts and implements account plan. Conducts account planning and management. Creates and builds business relationships to influence new and deepen existing relationships with law school admission professionals, undergraduate prelaw advisors, prelaw associations, financial aid administrators, Non-JD/LLM/International, as well as industry associations and their leaders.. Travels to represent the organization at universities, tradeshows, and conferences for customer development. Conducts on-campus visits and presentations for customer development. Works with Schools & Institutions Communications team and Marketing to organize exhibiting events and create any exhibiting collateral and. Exhibits and presents at prelaw advisor conferences and recruiting. Participates with and promotes (in collaboration with Schools & Institutions Communications team, Marketing, and subject matter experts) to law school admission professionals, prelaw advisors, and candidates at Forums and other educational. Collaborates with Schools & Institutions Communications team and Marketing to develop content, presentations and sales collateral for meetings or events with candidates, prelaw advisors, member law schools, and leaders of allied. Proactively works with law school admission professionals and prelaw advisors to understand and anticipate their knowledge, training, best practice, and solution’s needs. Prepares and reviews call reports in CRM system from customer visits to capture feedback from field. Delivers an exemplary customer experience at all customer touchpoints for our Schools & Institutional constituencies and maximize their knowledge of products and services to enhance brand. Follows established procedures and processes. Performs according to established performance goals and Schools & Institutions success. Responsible for adherence to Ambassador budget and fiscal responsibility for travel. Interprets or summarizes. Identifies new procedures and work methods and recommends. Significant travel. Analyzes information, makes judgments, and edits.
