Aon Is Looking For a Senior Account Specialist (Account Specialist II)As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our Aon Risk Solutions Construction group in Green Bay, WI. This position will support Account Executives.Your Impact As An Account Specialist II:Job Responsibilities:Work with Aon proprietary policy management system (Bridge)Responsible for brokering which is inclusive of preparing submissions, market negotiation, analysis of quotations and preparing proposalsCollects and analyzes data on exposures, loss history and standard and outstanding coverage needs for submissionsHandles client open items lists and responds to client ad-hoc requestsReviews contracts for certificate issuanceResponsible for verifying annual WC experience modification calculationsActively leads the client loop/renewal processReceives and runs routine coverage inquiries and endorsement requestsDevelop strong carrier and client relationshipsPerform other duties as requiredYou Bring Knowledge and ExpertiseRequired Experience:Maintain or be prepared to acquire a valid Property/Casualty License for the State of WisconsinExperience in the insurance industry preferred.Excellent digital literacy including Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, Power Point, and OutlookMust have outstanding organizational and project management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize workloadDemonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, oral and writtenDetail OrientedMaintain experience working in various types of settings including independently and in a team environment.Education:College degree preferred but not requiredWe offer youA competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization.Our Colleague Experience:From helping clients gain access to capital after natural disasters, to creating access to health care and retirement for millions, Aon colleagues empower results for our clients, communities, and each other every day.
