Associate Attorney
The candidate will act as the point of contact and liaison with the litigation team for individual clients in class action cases. Draft legal memoranda concerning class action cases. Track and monitor shareholder class action cases for clients and teams. Assist with the management of clerical staff to ensure support work is completed promptly and correctly. Work among a small team of prestigious attorneys. Should have 0-4 years of complex litigation experience; class action experience is a plus. Must have the ability to work from home (stable home internet connection). Must have excellent credentials and writing ability. Must have the ability to work with minimum oversight; creative thinking encouraged. Must be able to work cooperatively and collaboratively. Ability to work in a professional manner and manage the fast-paced environment with a consistently calm, positive demeanor. Proficiency in or advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook. Pennsylvania BAR required.
