PATIENT ACCOUNTS COORDINATOR  needed for our BUSINESS OFFICE located in Cool Springs (Franklin, TN). Hours: Monday \u2013 Friday 8:00 AM \u2013 5:00 PM


Daily responsibilities include insurance claim follow up, reviewing / working correspondence, making & receiving patient phone calls, refund processing and interacting with 65 clinics via phone & e-mail to resolve claim & patient account issues.
Engage with others in a friendly, courteous, respectful and professional manner.
Maintain the strictest patient and personal confidentiality.
Other duties as assigned.


2 Years Medical Billing a MUST
Excellent Phone Skills
Above Average Communication Skills (written & oral)
Pleasant & Professional Demeanor
Dependable & Punctual
Detail & Organized
Proficient in Microsoft Office & Excellent Typing Skills (40 WPM)
Raintree Experience a plus!
Quick Learner

The clinics provide pre- and post-operative care for a variety of orthopedic-related disorders and sports-related injuries, rehabilitation of injured workers and preventative care. USPh also manages several physical therapy facilities for third parties, including physician groups. Each of USPh's clinics are directed by a licensed physical therapist that drive patient volume via local physicians, former patients and other referral sources. Marketing representatives are used to further augment sales.
