Paralegal (Part-Time)

The candidate will provide legal support to attorneys and complete certain administrative duties. Prepare and submit filings with State and Federal Court; Calendar deadlines for litigated and non-litigated matters; Draft, format and finalize pleading, correspondence and memoranda; Organize and maintain case files, client information, database files, and records; Communicate with opposing counsel, clients and when needed, vendors; Assist in preparation of discovery request and responses, subpoenas, trial related pleading, correspondence, spreadsheets, declarations, pleadings, and motions; Schedule appointments, monitor calendars and keep attorneys and clients informed of scheduled court dates; Processing incoming and outgoing mail, calendar events, court filings; Assist with answering phones, scanning and copying when needed; and Other administrative duties.
