Conshohocken office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a litigation associate attorney with 3-4 years relevant general litigation experience. The candidate will be working in all areas of firm’s commercial litigation and bankruptcy practice groups, including bankruptcy litigation, contract and other commercial disputes, labor and employment, real estate and land use, environmental, insurance coverage, construction and securities litigation. Some bankruptcy experience is required, with outstanding academic credentials, and exceptional writing, research, and analytical skills. PA or NJ bar admissions are required, both preferred. DE bar also a plus.
