Responsibilities: Draft, review, negotiate a variety of complex commercial contracts. Respond to legal requests and questions quickly and courteously. Provide counseling and training to business teams regarding contract terms, negotiations, strategies and other legal issues as needed. Build relationships with business unit team members through an open and collaborative style. Assist business teams in achieving the company’s goals and objectives in a legal and ethical manner. Work collaboratively with fellow legal team members to improve processes, share best practices, and generally promote a collegial working environment. Proactively identify legal and regulatory risks and trends, and provide related advice.
