Profile

Seeking senior attorneys to join our diverse, fast-paced Finance practice. The candidates will work on matters representing lenders, institutional investors, and corporate clients in a wide range of asset-based and cash-flow financing transactions and junior capital investments. Significant experience working on the transactional aspects of complex finance matters is required. Strong academic credentials, sound professional judgment, and high motivation to provide exceptional client service is required. Large firm experience is preferred.
