Regional Office Manager

The candidate will assist with attorney oversight/workflow. Recruitment and selection. Administration of onboarding and offboarding. Administration of annual review process and compensation evaluations. Employee relations management. Workflow coordination. Oversee/approve PTO requests and staff time cards. Oversee facilities management with assistance from the Office Coordinator. Preparation of annual office budget. Coordinate office events with assistance from the Office Coordinator. Should have strong team management and leadership skills, with a proven ability to develop and lead in a client service-focused environment. Highly effective communication skills and ability to communicate credibly and diplomatically with all levels in an organization; ability to anticipate and strategically address challenges; ability to independently assess internal firm needs and to develop and lead responsive solutions; strong sense of accountability, taking ownership over projects and responsibilities and resolving issues proactively; ability to maintain professionalism under pressure. Should have a B.A. or B.S. in a related field and five or more years of experience with legal or other professional service organizations. Other requirements include an understanding of human resources and office coordination/management.
