Senior Manager – Talent Acquisition Systems
Duties: Leads all systems aspects for **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.’s core Talent Acquisition Technology, including our Applicant Tracking System, our Candidate Relationship Management platform and our Contingent Workforce solution – including process re-imagination, systems enablement and implementation and systems integrations. Partners with the Talent Acquisition team to define business requirements and translate business needs into systems needs, architectural requirements and implementation/execution plans. Partners with the Talent Acquisition team to access business requirements (define scope, create estimates, produce program charters and other documentation needed for funding approvals) and translate business needs into systems needs, architectural requirements and implementation/execution plans. Prioritizes competing Talent Acquisition technology projects, partnering with the Talent Acquisition People Team, to create a roadmap for technology implementation and continuous improvement. Lead the execution and delivery of technology solutions and projects from start to finish, including requirements definition, process mapping, SRD creation, testing planning and execution, integration requirements, data migration requirements and cutover activities to successfully launch the project. Serves as Product Manager for core Talent Acquisition technology within **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.’s People team. Provide high quality customer service and communicate project/program status (timelines, progress, and challenges) to technology, systems and business stakeholders regularly. Collaborate with sprint team for sprint scoping, planning, writing user stories along with acceptance criteria, clarifying doubts, and actively participating in sprint demo. Effectively use planning tools such as Jira to develop documents and to provide a clear vision for scope, use cases, workflows, wireframes, product requirements, acceptance criteria, and other materials as needed to support technical design, development, and QA activities. Provide domain thought leadership in the Talent Acquisition technology landscape, by challenging current thinking and providing practical and innovative systems solutions to solve frictions in end to end recruiting processes. Supports the Talent Acquisition function with creative solutions and new applications that promote efficiency, effectiveness and new thinking in People business partnership and support.
