Senior Associate Director for Office of Institutional Equity
The candidate will act as a Deputy ADA Coordinator, will oversee and lead the campus efforts in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities (ADA) Act, Sections 503 and 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, and other state and federal laws and regulations pertaining to persons with disabilities. Responsibilities also include coordinating and cooperating with campus partners to promote access and inclusivity in employment, instruction, virtual and physical environments and programs. Conducting thorough reviews of investigative reports, conducting investigations, handling informal and formal resolution of complaints of discrimination and/or harassment through both informal conflict resolution and formal investigation. Will also assist the Title IX Coordinator with case management and interim measures related to allegations of sexual harassment, sexual violence, relationship violence, and stalking. Conduct education programs on relevant topics and assist the Associate Director with monitoring university hiring practices.
