Service Specialist – Foundational Support

The Service Division offers a great working environment for those seeking a professional part-time or full-time opportunity as a service associate in a contact center.  The Service Division's mission is to provide timely answers, guidance, and support for our clients, branch teams and home office associates to enable an ideal client experience.  Associates hired into the Service Division will complete four phases of a learning plan, developing foundational knowledge on much of the core work needed to support our clients.  Each new associate is assigned a trainer, coach, and team leader. These individuals will all play a role in helping you acclimate to the company and become proficient in your role.  Once fully proficient on the foundational work you'll move to another more complex area of the Service Division, where you'll apply your recently gained expertise.

Core hours of operation for most departments within the Service Division are Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm Central Time, with occasional Saturdays.  Schedule assignments will vary depending on business need within each department. Contacts will come in written form or via the telephone. The ideal candidate must be comfortable serving as a phone service representative and spending a great deal of time answering phone calls from either our branch teams and/or clients. Service Specialists begin their careers in Foundational Support where they learn foundational topics and develop their skills to become World-class Service providers. Once fully proficient, Service Specialists will have the opportunity to move to one of many topical departments in the Service Division.  This could include assisting with opening accounts, transferring assets, receiving/disbursing funds, and

estate processing, and banking solutions. 

Service Specialists will become topical experts through further training and development.

Bachelor's degree in finance or business is preferred

Excellent client service skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong problem solving and analytical skills

Ability to learn multiple complex topics

Enjoys a fast

-paced and changing environment
