Be able to draft high-quality correspondence; estate planning documents; Probate, Administration, and Conservatorship petitions; strategy recommendations; settlement agreements; etc. Research estate planning and probate issues. Represent clients at Probate, Administration, Trust, and Conservatorship court hearings. Review client issues on Trust and Estate matters, analyze available options, and diligently work to determine the best course of action. Meet with clients, perform intake, and follow up with clients.
