The candidate will exercise exceptional judgement to advise **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. team and contribute to the overall success of the business. Will structure, draft, review, negotiate, and manage a variety of commercial agreements including master service agreements, insertion orders, NDAs, and various supplier agreements. Advise on corporate finance, public company reporting, and securities law matters, including preparing SEC filings such as registration statements, Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K, and Section 16 reports. Work closely with the finance and investor relations teams on equity matters, disclosure issues and stockholder relations matters. Identify, research, analyze, and advise teams on a wide range of relevant legal topics (e.g., corporate governance, licensing, intellectual property, commercial, data security, and privacy law), issues, and risks. Keep abreast of legislative changes that may affect the company globally. Communicate complex legal concepts in layman’s terms. Continually improve our legal processes to help us scale globally with a consistent but locally relevant approach.
