The candidate will provide day-to-day support for various aspects of M&A and equity investment transactions, including coordinating due diligence efforts and integration activities; supporting review of materials; supporting signing and closing mechanics (including coordinating and tracking signature pages), assisting with the preparation of legal documentation; preparing and tracking the execution of integration plans, and working to ensure that templates are in compliance with legal requirements and best practices, and maintaining corporate records and databases with respect to M&A and investment activities. Will work closely with a variety of key stakeholders, including in-house attorneys, outside counsel, Risk and Compliance, Treasury, Tax, Accounting, Investor Relations, Communications, HR, and business functions. Assist with formations, reorganizations, and dissolutions of subsidiaries, as well as other corporate transactions. Recommend and implement new processes and procedures to increase group efficiency and organization and the effectiveness of future M&A and equity investment transactions and M&A integration efforts. Assist with general corporate matters.
