The Bristol-Myers Squibb (BMS) Accounting Development Program (ADP) is a three year program where candidates can gain significant experience in the area of accounting in the Corporate Finance community. ADP Accountants are given opportunities to work three (3) one-year rotations in the Corporate Controller’s, Financial Shared Services and Audit Services Departments. ADP Accountants will report to the Program Director of the ADP throughout their tenure. They will also be part of a Corporate Finance team and have a matrix reporting relationship to their Rotation Sponsors within the Corporate Finance team. Upon successful completion of the program, qualified ADP Accountants will continue in a permanent role within Bristol-Myers Squibb’s Global Finance organization in one of the following departments: Audit Services, Corporate Controller’s or Financial Shared Services. ADP participants also work toward completion of the CPA exam during the 3 year program. Assignments are interspersed training and networking opportunities. One-on-one coaching and guidance is provided by the Program Director as well as Rotation Sponsors and Mentors. All assignments are based in Central New Jersey. The Audit Services rotation requires travel to domestic and international sites.
