The candidate will be responsible for conducting research for legal issues arising in connection with the operation of state departments and agencies, and in the preparation and interpretation of legal documents. Should have graduation from an American Bar Association (ABA) accredited paralegal program in paralegal studies or a closely related field, or graduation from an accredited college or university with a four year degree in paralegal studies or a closely related field One year of experience conducting paralegal research work OR Graduation from an ABA accredited school of law with eligibility to be admitted to the Alabama State Bar Examination or a current member in good standing with the Alabama State Bar.
