The candidate will be reconstructing accounting records. Leading or assisting with IRS audits. Preparing Tax Returns. Engaging in forensic analysis. Reviewing and reconciling tax and financial records. Should have significant experience as a paralegal and status as an enrolled agent with the IRS. Should feel comfortable interacting with government agents, preparing submissions to the IRS, interacting with clients, and handling complex tax matters. Experience preparing tax returns is a plus. Must have multiple years of experience in tax audits and disputes and must enjoy a fast-paced environment.
