Senior Ethics & Compliance Officer
Responsibilities: Drive the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of effective ethics & compliance projects. Respond to day-to-day ethics and compliance questions based on current policies and procedures. Anticipate and/or identify areas of risk for the company and proactively identify steps for remediation. Drive compliance with the Physician Payment Sunshine Act and any applicable state or foreign transparency regulations. In cooperation with other departments, plan, develop and draft Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support Ethics & Compliance Program. Engage with personnel to help implement the SOPs. Assist Ethics & Compliance Management with training, education and communication campaigns designed to support culture of ethics & compliance. Regularly report to senior company management regarding Ethics & Compliance concerns. Lead ethics & compliance trainings, to both in-house and field force staff, as required. Participate in compliance investigations at the direction of Ethics & Compliance Management, including identifying violations of policies and procedures and addressing corrective actions. Lead interdepartmental initiatives and task forces.
