The candidate will consult with EDS leaders, sales, and other stakeholders on customer-facing transactions within the standard Equifax business and risk framework. Execute, draft, and negotiate customer-facing commercial agreements, including master services agreements, statements of work, licenses, non-disclosure agreements, and other documents. Concisely communicate issues and solutions to stakeholders and customers. Provide pragmatic/creative legal and business solutions to complex legal and business challenges. Work closely with the other members of the Equifax legal team. Law degree from ADA accredited law school and membership in good standing of any State Bar; State Bar of Idaho is preferred. Should have 3+ years of relevant experience, including drafting and negotiating customer-facing commercial agreements.
