Accounts Receivable Specialist

The candidate will be ensuring error free invoicing of clients, research of outstanding accounts receivables and following up with clients for payment. Interacting with Operations and Billing department in regards to any client discrepancies with unpaid invoices and client mandated changes in process. Working directly in client systems to process invoices timely and accurately for payment. High school diploma or GED equivalent experience is required. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business or a related field is preferred. Should have 2+ years accounts receivable experience. Should have 1+ years of experience leading/supervising. Should preferably have 5+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable. Should preferably have 3+ years of experience leading/supervising.
