Job Overview:

A reputable law firm in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a confident and experienced family law attorney with a minimum of 5 years of family law experience. The ideal candidate will manage high-conflict, high-net-worth cases and demonstrate an ability to take on new cases. This role offers a supportive, team-oriented environment with ample autonomy.

Duties:

• Handle complex family law cases, including high-conflict and high-net-worth clients.
• Manage a personal caseload while taking on new cases and overflow work from the department.
• Collaborate with the family law department to ensure effective case management.
• Provide expert legal advice and representation in family law matters, such as divorce, child custody, support, and property division.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Participate in negotiations, mediation, and court hearings as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of family law experience.
• Experience with high-conflict, high-net-worth cases.
• Ability to manage a full caseload and take on additional cases.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• A book of business is preferred but not mandatory.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• An active member of the Arizona State Bar or eligible for admission.
