Application Support Specialist (Entry Level Information Technology)

The candidate will create, modify, refine, and implement legal form templates. Manages work flow processes for all departments. Build and maintain matrices for communication electronically with all clients. Lead and/or coordinate projects inter- and cross-departmentally. Train staff in CLS process across the firm as necessary. Participate in other activities as assigned. Should have High School diploma (or GED). 2-5 years of experience in litigation with intermediate understanding of civil process. Must be highly skilled individual in MS Suite of products is required with some experience in CLS (Commercial Legal Software) and Word Perfect. Entry-level IT skills are beneficial. Should have well developed communication skills (verbal and written).
