The candidate should have 5+ years of designing and implementing Microsoft solutions. In-Depth understanding of the implementation and administration processes to support the Office 365 suite of products (Azure AD, O365 Groups, Office.com, Teams, SharePoint/OneDrive), etc. Exchange Online, to include OME & S/MIME Encryption, DKIM, DMARC and SPF concepts. Proficiency in O365/EXO PowerShell, automation, and optimization of manual processes. Troubleshoot and solve advanced and complex problems as they arise. Work independently on assigned projects. as well as effectively and cooperatively with administrators, staff, and users. Demonstrate analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. The ability to learn new technologies quickly. Exchange Online / On-Premises hybrid configuration and management. Azure AD, Active Directory & ADFS infrastructure, integration, and support. Working knowledge of Windows 10, Office, and Microsoft 365 integration points. Understand migration and administrative tools. Good understanding of networking concepts. Experience utilizing available tools to assist in reporting and alerting, including Graph API, Teams API, Power Automate, PowerShell and other scripting languages is preferred. Knowledge of scripting languages for automated service deployments (e.g. PowerShell).
