Real Estate Finance Associate / Counsel (6+ years)
The candidate must be senior commercial real estate finance associate or counsel-level attorneys with experience representing commercial and investment banks, debt funds and/or other regulated or non-regulated lenders. Must have a minimum of 6 years of experience in the areas of securitization, syndication and participation of commercial mortgage, construction and/or mezzanine loans. Exposure to the representation of commercial real estate developers, owner/operators and borrowers is a plus.
