This position is located in Kansas City, MO
Key Responsibilities:
Working with project work streams to design, implement and maintain best practices systems and processes to support benefits, compensation, labor relations, training, staffing and general HR
Document internal processes and audit procedures to ensure data integrity of systems
Research and resolve unexpected results or internal process flaws
Effectively prioritize and deploy solutions that can replace manual process
Utilize analytical and technical skills for translating and analyzing business needs into requirements, driving projects, and delivering effective, while providing value added solutions
Serves as administrator for HR policies and procedure questions
Providing training as needed, particularly with new HR team members
Partner with various groups/individuals to achieve the desired time bound results on internal projects/initiatives
Follow, adhere and contribute to Honeywell's Initiatives, Enablers, Goals & desired behaviors
Acts as administrator for HR systems and manages security for users Consolidate HR Metrics into scorecard, analyze monthly and additionally as needed, communicate success and challenges
Perform activities across functional areas and interact directly with internal, corporate and external customers with respect to planning, problem resolution, process improvement and reporting
Run and provide regular and ad hoc reports to HR leaders and Honeywell
Gathers data from multiple sources and performs moderate to complex analysis, generating reports supportive of organizational metrics and client services
Develop and follow standard operating procedures for regularly occurring processes
Assist in implementing 5 year HRIS strategy for Honeywell FM&T
Understand employment laws and review processes and systems in place to ensure compliance and integrity
Assist HR Services and Project manager to execute key HR projects across FM&T
Provides informed guidance to clients
You Must Have:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in a combination of the following areas: report writing, data administration and analysis, HRIS (or similar system experience)
5 years of Human Resources experience
2 years of Analytics and reporting background
2 year of demonstrated data management experience, including the ability to merge, clean and analyze large amounts of data
Due to US Export Control laws, you must be a US citizen
We Value:
Hands on experience of PeopleSoft, Knowledge of MS Excel, and analytics tools (eg. Tableau, MicroStrategy, Spotfire, R, Python)
Must be data and process driven
Strong MS Excel skills preferred
Multi-cultural awareness
Knowledge of Cornerstone preferred
Strong understanding of Human Resources function within the organization, understanding of HR processes programs and data
Demonstrated ability to manage through ambiguity and competing priorities
Ability to influence, engage and partner appropriately within a Corporate/Affiliate structure which is global and matrixed; inclusive of all levels within the Organization
Excellent oral and written communication and analytical skills
Strong interpersonal and collaborative work style
Ability to work with and manage confidential information in a professional manner
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to lead/drive priorities
Experience implementing impactful HR Analytics
