POSITION SUMMARY:

Provide clinical supervision, training, and direction to CSP/Health Home team members who are working with adults with a severe and persistent mental illness in order to improve their level of functioning in the community.

EDUCATION AND TRAINING REQUIRED:

· Minimum of Master’s degree in a related program or RN unless BHDDH waived.

· Three to five years experience in community mental health and/or rehabilitation field preferred.

· Able to obtain/maintain CDP or LCDP certification or interested in working toward such certifications.

· Approved driving record with ability to provide transportation and home visits.

· Supervisory experience preferred.

· Strong communication skills and ability to work with a variety of professionals.

· Ability to participate as a member of a multi-disciplinary team.

· Computer skills required.

· Ability to be a self-starter, work with minimal supervision and continually seeks new/better methods to organize/complete work.

· Effectively accomplishes duties by working with others, including team members, other CCA staff and/or outside agencies.

· Demonstrates competency in clinical/technical or administrative skills, procedures, methods, and tools required to perform the job successfully.

· Regularly available for work, reliable and on time for all things scheduled.
