If so, this may be an opportunity for you. As a Business Operations Analyst, you will lead projects to improve sales and customer success, operational performance and collaborate cross-functionally with the Marketing, Sales, Business Intelligence, and Product Management teams. What will your day look like?You will have the opportunity to:Demonstrate your investigative and problem-solving skills by monitoring performance and optimizing all implemented processesUse your keen eye to detail to identify defects in the operational models and share your findings with business leaders to positively improve our approachShowcase your ability to analyze data by building dashboards and generating weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reportsKnowledge of the \Target Operating Model\ process will get you going quickly, while an ability to handle and lead workstreams on change programs will assist in identifying and handling responsibilities from the beginningContinue honing your own leadership skills and career aspirations as you document findings of in-depth business analysis to prepare reports and presentations that drive diverse thinking across executive leadership through your recommendations How will your skills help you be successful in this role?Exposure to visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI will position you for extraordinary successAgile environment experience, specifically Jira, to get you rolling quickly, as will prior exposure to data modeling and data analytics for impactful reportingSalesforce or CRM tools experience will help you learn the systems more quickly Who will you work with?As the primary owner of defect identification in business and operation models, you will collaborate with various internal and external partners to conduct research, investigate workflows, outline business procedures and offer detailed insight into your findings and recommendations.
