The candidate will perform a wide variety of legal services, including providing advice and counsel, developing policies and procedures, identifying new or emerging areas of practice, conducting or overseeing legal research, preparing and presenting education and training, and providing support on specific legal projects related to the firms’ practice areas. Must possess a Juris Doctor from an accredited law school. Must be in good standing with the State Bar of California. Must have 1-3 years of experience in civil litigation with strong writing skills. Strong preference will be given to candidates with a proven ability to perform tasks timely, manage time well, proficient in billing time under well-recognized billing requirements and guidelines, complimentary book of business, and a recognition of the importance of professional behavior in the workplace. Minimum expectation of billing 150 hours and self/firm promotion of 10 hours per month is required.
