Employment Based Immigration Attorney
The candidate will under supervision of Partners, oversee and manage employment-based immigration cases. Prepare and file non-immigrant visa petitions (E-2, E-3, H-1B, H-2B, L-1, O-1, P, Q, R and TN) and port of entry packages. Prepare and file Temporary Labor Certification (H-2B) applications with Department of Labor (DOL). Prepare and file PERM Labor Certification (EB-2, EB-3) applications with DOL. Prepare and file employment based permanent residency applications (EB-1, NIW, EB-2, EB-3 and Special Immigrant I-140 petitions). Consular Processing of immigrant and non-immigrant visa applications with U.S. State Department. Prepare and file responses to DOL Audits and USCIS requests for evidence. Manage client communication; attend client meetings; conduct employment-based consultation meetings with Employers and Employees. Juris Doctor Degree from accredited law school is required. Should have 2-4 years’ employment-based immigration experience. Admission to Colorado or other State Bar is required.
