The candidate should be a partner with primary practice in the technology sector. Should preferably have robust transactional experience in one or more of the following areas: software development and licensing agreements, such as SaaS / IaaS, cloud computing, and open source / creative commons; data privacy and security compliance; fintech, blockchain, and cryptocurrency; artificial intelligence and big data; OR technology-centric mergers and acquisitions diligence. Some book of business is expected. Bar entry in the market of practice is required.
