The candidate will be representing innovative companies and their founders throughout their life/cycle (business formation, financing transactions, and mergers and acquisitions) as well as the funds that invest in them. Clients range from newly-formed startups to multi-billion dollar technology market leaders. Must have a 4+ years of experience preferably working at a comparable law firm. Must also have stellar academic credentials and references, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills, math and excel skills, and the ability to effectively manage internal and external client and counsel relationships. NY bar admission or the ability to waive into the NY bar is required.
