Marketing Manager - Tax and Private Client
The candidate will develop marketing programs that align with business goals by partnering with internal stakeholders, including business development, digital marketing, CRM, PR and brand teams. Will lead the execution of marketing campaigns from start to finish, using data to continually monitor and optimize performance. Establish KPIs to assess effectiveness across digital channels using tools such as Google Analytics, Salesforce, Eloqua, lead scoring and others. Implement marketing automation to drive awareness and nurture leads to the business development team. Develop dashboards to evaluate campaign success and present to senior leaders. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify key issues and opportunities in collaboration with the business development team, helping deliver insights to clients/prospects and creating cross-sell opportunities. Build knowledge of the practice groups and industries to become a subject matter expert. Create and maintain a content calendar, developing multimedia content for each level of the marketing funnel. Supervise an internal team of direct reports. Help manage the marketing budget.
