Legal Recruiting & Development Assistant
The candidate will hand on schedule, event planning and coordination for on-campus interviews and events. Assist and support broader team with ongoing strategic projects including lateral recruiting, in-house training (including Diversity & Inclusion sponsored activities) and New Associate Orientation. Maintain the Kirkland databases (vi Desktop) including candidate entry and status updates. Assist with scheduling candidate callback interviews and overall interview calendar. Complete administrative functions including candidate expenses, reimbursements, and HR related forms. Facilitate assignment distribution and evaluation process. Provide administrative support for events and development programs (which may require lunch hour and evening overtime). Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 1+ years of work experience is required. Experience working for a law firm or professional services is preferred.
