Senior Paralegal
The candidate will, in collaboration with Starbucks attorneys and outside counsel, organize the company’s responses to critical requests for information. Will help direct clients in responding to lawsuits and agency charges. Meet with company partners to gather information related to agency charges and litigation claims. Help coordinate outside counsel’s defense and recommendations relating to labor and employment lawsuits. Must have Traditional Labor Law experience. Employment Law experience is required. Should have Wage and Hour class and representative action experience. Must have 7+ years of relevant paralegal experience. Law firm or in-house legal department experience is needed. Must have advanced subject-matter expertise in this area of law. Track record of staying current with labor and employment laws is required. Arbitration and Trial experience a plus.
