The candidate will consist of preparing drafts of legal and other documents and correspondence for attorney review. Handle assignments and post-registration filings for U.S. registrations, handling U.S. filings for foreign-based clients, and keeping clients apprised of the status of marks. Work to complete standard U.S. trademark application filings, and individual or limited group foreign filing programs, including the legalization of documents. Bachelor’s Degree or Paralegal Certificate is required. Should have 10+ years of experience as a Paralegal. Experience with legal software such as Relativity, LexisNexis, Westlaw, or similar technology is required. Large firm experience is preferred.
