Responsibilities: Prepare and review contractual arrangements. Develop and ensure compliance with internal contract review and tracking processes. Advise internal business clients on third party due diligence and strategies to optimize contractual outcomes for the organization. Develop, maintain and monitor procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Provide day-to-day legal counseling on operational and transactional matters. Collaborate with General Counsel in analyzing complex transactions and to identify legal issues with cross-divisional impact. Provide legal advice on plan, hospital, and provider contracting issues　across the organization. Drive the continuous improvement of standard form agreements and legal processes. Perform multiple time-sensitive projects in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate with General Counsel to engage and manage outside counsel. Perform other duties as assigned.
