Personal Injury Legal Assistant

The candidate duties include case file Management, help to monitor clients’ medical treatment, communicate with attorneys, clients and insurance adjusters, correspond and communicate with medical providers and subrogation interests, draft letters for the Attorneys, and draft documents such as detailed case analyses. Should preferably have 1 year of Personal injury experience. Needles experience is a plus. Experience as a Patient Coordinator and Medical records is preferred. Proficiency in English and Spanish is a must. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Outlook, and Excel. Must be professional and have a pleasant demeanor. Excellent communication and client interaction skills. The ability to perform a variety of administrative tasks is needed. Willingness to learn and grow is essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. Must be detail-oriented with attention to accuracy.
