Duties: Address all compliant requests through the DMCA tool in parallel to internal compliance best practices. Review the volume of the DMCA takedown ticket queue and ensure we are within company SLA. Ensure DMCA reporting and completion processes are followed and maintained. Know when to escalate issues and communicate them effectively within the organization. Complete weekly notification audits and escalate discrepancies within the report. Communicate and collaborate effectively with legal advisors. Conduct testing to determine effectiveness of compliance with the DMCA requirements and internal policies and procedures. Regularly report on key performance and operational indicators to respective team leads. Work with the legal team to monitor and follow industry best practices. Review and implement updates to responses.
