Job Summary: As a Sr. Customer Operations & Strategy Analyst will contribute to redefining how small businesses find risk coverage online. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally, lead initiatives, develop business models, and launch new processes and workflows. Essential Job Functions: Lead strategic business and growth initiatives.Conduct strategic analysis, customer/competitor research, and market sizing.Own financial modeling and scenario analysis.Develop new business models, defining org structures, and strategic annual planning that aligns with the company goals. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s Degree including analytical coursework (e.g. engineering, economics, finance, statistics, computer science)2 to 4 years working in a consultative role, in investment banking, or in strategy & operations at a high-growth technology company. Technical: Sophisticated business modeling skills in Excel and history of producing meticulous outputs.Experience solving problems through data analysisPreferred but not required: CRM tools like SalesForce, Business Intelligence tools such as Looker, Tableau or Sisense, SQL.Software and/or software as a service (SaaS) experience preferred.
