Senior Tax Analyst

The candidate will prepare tax compliance documents and workpapers required for the Federal and State tax returns. Prepare estimated tax calculations and extensions for Federal and State. Prepare workpapers and calculations to complete forms 5471, 8858 and other international tax forms. Coordinates with company subsidiaries in the collection of tax data and report packaged for compliance and provision work. Assist with quarterly/annual income tax expense provision calculations and documentation according to ASC 740 utilizing OneSource Tax Provision. Reconcile tax payable and deferred tax account balances. Assists in the implementation of process improvements. Support tax planning initiatives and special projects as needed.
