Client Relations Representative

The candidate will be serving as a liaison between our staff and our clients. Handling file-level communications with our consumer/commercial clients. Preparing and submitting documents and reports to our clients. High school diploma is required. College degree is preferred. Solid written and verbal communication skills are needed. Should be detail-oriented and organized. Should have the ability to handle high work volume efficiently. Should have the ability to multi-task upon request. Should have the ability to handle highly confidential matters and documents with discretion. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (specifically Outlook, Excel, and Word).
