The candidate duties will include: To enable our financial advisor team to provide a high level of service to our clients. Create rebalance worksheets and investment proposals to assist with investment portfolio recommendations. Work closely with financial advisors to complete client action items. Manage cashier, trading and client tasks in CRM; Initiate custodial forms for electronic delivery/signature; Place trades and initiate journals/transfers at the custodian; Run quarterly performance and tax reports; help to resolve financial data discrepancies; Prepare financial advisor meeting notes for client review meetings; Create and maintain goal based financial plans that include equity grant diversification; must have proficiency in Microsoft Office; DocuSign, Pershing NetX360, Salesforce, Addepar and eMoney is a plus. Should have attention to detail, a love for process and a passion for client service. Must have Bachelor’s degree or higher preferably in financial planning, business, accounting, finance, economics, law or related experience. Should have 5 years of operations experience (other or additional experience will be considered).
