Description
The Senior Data Analyst coordinates with other analytics, IT and business areas across the organization to ensure work is completed with insights from knowledge SMEs. The Senior Data Analyst work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will contribute innovative approaches to data models as it builds knowledge of the business context in which it operates, including communication to different areas from IT to business partners to provide product needed.
Work with massive data sets identifying essential vs non-essential elements.
Will leverage their knowledge to optimize existing reports and tools.
Develop and execute actionable reports and dashboards by considering trends, align with Pharmacy initiatives and other factors
Reduce duplicative reporting , process changes that support strategic initiatives and measures
Ability to dig deeper into data and then adjust processes that are critical to leadership.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 3 - 5 years of data analytics experience OR Master's degree and 3 years of experience
Experience with data mining, predictive modeling techniques and using data to drive business outcomes and decisions
Excellent verbal and written communication
Able to articulate and present findings and insights to senior leadership
Strong attention to detail
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced Degree
Six Sigma certification
Expertise in data mining, forecasting, simulation, and/or predictive modeling
Preferred technologies such as SAS, SQL, Python, QlikView, Tableau, Hadoop or similar tools
