Weekly Hours: 30
Compensation: $48.08 per hour

Benefit:
10-day paid vacation per annum

Job Requirements:
A university degree or college diploma in business administration or a related field is required.
At least 5 years of relevant experience is required.
Ability to utilize English in the professional workplace is required.

Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive short and long-term marketing plans and programs to support the company's sales objectives.
Oversee the company's design projects, advertising, public relations, social media, and other marketing communications activities.
Analyze market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and recommend changes to marketing strategies.
Building a team and procedures, including hiring, training, and promoting talented employees to lead the implementation of marketing projects and achieve short and long-term objectives.
Lead the team to produce designs based on clients needs and marketing materials based on the companys sales needs.
Approve artwork and design decisions.
Establish and develop internal departments and relevant operational procedures and bulletins.
Develop collaborations and partnerships with third parties.
Plan and control marketing budget and expenditures.
May complete other tasks assigned by the Director.
