POSITION SUMMARY: 

Understanding product story/collection; present a refreshing and dynamic shop thru deliver compelling product display combination in franchise store, and ultimately support sustainable biz growth in designated region. The visual is adjusted to fit business situation.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB: 

CK & TH brand/image awareness：

• Clearly understand CK & TH brand values and design culture and how it translates into retail environments，coach and communicate CK brand language to operation team and local Franchise VM
• Work closely with supervisor to understand all VM/design guidelines
• Apply design guidelines for all direct retail environment

Product VM guideline for product story-telling：

• Properly implement and ensure efficient VM support, graphics and props ordering process for new store opening
• Properly implement and ensure efficient method/process to refresh/update product display thru existing shop visit to franchise cities
• Timely and efficiently apply seasonal VM guideline/seasonal message for designated area

Team management and train the trainer

• Work closely with franchise VM supervisor on training for franchise partners on seasonal basis
• Be the role model for franchise counterparts on VM maintenance aspect
• Participate and support in franchise VM training program mainly for franchise partner

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:   

At least 3yrs of relevant experiences

Skills:

• Innate visual sensitivity of all aspects of visual presentation based on the brand aesthetics
• Energetic/vibrant spirit, proactive attitude and passion to make things happen on daily work
• Good communication skill, always-learning and strong self-promotion will.
• Technical background: Photoshop ,illustrator, AutoCAD, 3D Max, office software

Education:  University degree or above major in design
