MRC-Cornerstone is now recruiting for a Maintenance Supervisor.

The role of this position, under the direction of the Director of Physical Plant, supervises and trains while performing duties involving the operation, security and maintenance of buildings, equipment and grounds. Performs and coordinates assigned preventive maintenance schedules with other department employees. Services and coordinates fellow staff's work on buildings, grounds and plumbing, heating, air conditioning, machinery and equipment. Is also involved in construction and/or remodeling projects.
Required Qualifications of the Successful Candidate.
Education/Certification/Licensure: High School or equivalent, including or supplemented by some trade school or vocational training, is desirable.
Training and Experience: Prefer two (3) years experience of leadership experience. Minimum of six (6) months to one (1) year of previous service as a fully-qualified maintenance technician required.
Job Knowledge:
Knowledge/ability to learn computer skills.
Must be familiar with building maintenance and experience in all trade areas such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, heating/air conditioning, etc.

Reports to work timely and completes assigned duty punctually, informing superiors as far in advance as possible when unable to arrive for or complete schedule work.
Maintains consistent, dependable attendance during schedule shifts of duty, so as to prevent interruption of service to residents and hardship upon fellow staff.
