E-Commerce Customer Service Representative
Geeillo Classic is looking for a customer-oriented service representative to join our remote support team. A customer service representative, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency. We are looking for customer service representatives who are genuinely excited to help customers. Applicants should possess patience, empathy, and strong communication skills. True Classic customer service representatives put themselves in our customers’ shoes and advocate for them, when necessary. Problem-solving skills are a must. We are looking for confidence in being able to proactively resolve customer complaints. Experience with an e-commerce brand is preferred. Along with the ability to manage high volumes of chat and emails. Strong social media engagement experience is a plus. True Classic has built excellent service standards, responds efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintains high customer satisfaction; all while working in a super fun environment!
Responsibilities
Manage large amounts of incoming emails, chats, SMS, and social review
Generate sales leads through all channels
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and handling quotas
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Take the extra mile to engage customers
Attend weekly team meetings (maintain training and product knowledge, regularly)
Strive to meet or exceed performance goals
Skills
Proven e-commerce customer support experience
Shopify experience (Gorgias a PLUS)
Dependability
Ability to work and thrive in a team-oriented environment and culture
Track record of over-achieving quota
Strong customer support handling skills and productivity
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Ability to work in structured hours (scheduled shifts)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
High school degree
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Job Duties:
Answer incoming customer inquiries
Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
Record customer information within our customer service database
Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the companys customer service policies
