Python file watcher and barcode reader
1. Create a python script daemon multi thread for high workload (30 or more files arrives each minute) that execute each time a new file arrives.
2. Separate a multi page tiff file for each barcode detected and create news multi page tiff files from original multi tiff file.
3. Connect a SQL server database extract information to send a email.
4. Create 2 log files under specific requirements.
OpenCV Zbar is preferred to use to barcode reader.
Project expected delivery time 2-3 days.
